Recital costume deposits (non-refundable) are due by November 19th, 2026 and are $35 per family (not per child or per class) Failure to pay deposits results in costumes not being ordered.
Recital costume invoices will be posted to your online account between November 13th – 29th and are due, paid in full, by January 31st, 2027.
($15 late fee will apply to those not paid by the due date)
Costumes will NOT be sent home with students until accounts are current and balances are paid.
SCENTSY & JUMPY MONKEY FUNDRAISER INFO (2026)
DATES TO NOTE:
Forms available at the studio: September 28th – October 1st
FORMS & PAYMENTS DUE TO THE STUDIO: October 12th – 15th AND MUST REMAIN SEPARATED since they’re paid to 2 different entities. PLEASE READ INCLUDED INFORMATION CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY!
Coffee available to pick up at the studio: November 10th – 13th
Scentsy available to pick up at the studio: November 16th – 19th
Participation is NOT required so please only take forms if you plan to participate.
Dancers earn 20% profit on Scentsy orders and 25% profit on Jumpy Monkey orders (any orders received late -Oct. 19-22- will only be granted 15% on Scentsy and 20% profit on Jumpy Monkey and may not arrive before Thanksgiving break)
Funds raised will be applied first to students’ $35 costume deposit, second to costume balances and third to any other fees payable to ATD.
Recital costumes range in price from $45-$95 each.

JUMPY MONKEY ONLINE ORDER LINK
You must email Miss Lindsay to let her know orders were placed and which dancer should received credit.
You must enter the student's name you are supporting for all online orders & email the appropriate person in charge so we know who receives the credit.
Tuition is usually automatically posted to SportsEngine Motion around 2am on the first day of each month and anyone enrolled in autopay will have those payments taken on the due date (usually the last day of the month)
Please allow Miss Lindsay until noon on the first of each month to double check and adjust accounts online.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR SEPTEMBER:
Tuition will be posted daily for the first week of classes. Therefore, you won’t see your total tuition amount until all classes have officially started. For example: if you take a class on Tuesday and Thursday, Tuesday’s fee will be posted Tuesday but Thursdsay’s class fee won’t be posted until Thursday.
If you have more than one student taking more than one class, Miss Lindsay will manually post your tuition on the 1st of each month.
If you have a student who is one of our TNTs, your tuition will be calculated and posted after the current month is over (and due within 10 days).
DECEMBER/JANUARY:
If you leave a payment in the drop box at the studio after 10am on December 30th it will be applied (and accounts adjusted) after Miss Lindsay is back in town. Thank you for your prompt payments & for your understanding! Happy New Year!
We do our best to remain OPEN but if we should cancel or close early due to the weather we will notify you by email, post on the social feed of SportsEngineMotion, post here and on our social media pages (Facebook, IG)
As always, if you know you’re unable to make it to class please let us know as it will aid in our decision making.
